DualPore™ can be used to remove trace metals in factory wastewater. The standard method of removing impurities and/or low concentration metals from water is hard-to-control, time consuming, requires large amounts of coagulants and adsorbents, and is cost-heavy due to the related processing and transportation costs for the large amount of flocculated sediment. With DualPore™, however, high-speed recovery is possible; 1ppm of palladium contained in 500 tons of water can be concentrated about 20,000 times in about 10 small cartridges of about 2.5L in just 7 days.
